About Shipping Charges

A flat $7 shipping fee applies to every order to the United States — no minimums, no thresholds. Orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so customs duties and local taxes are prepaid on your behalf — nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Orders ship from our Japan studio via tracked airmail; most destinations arrive within 5–7 business days.
Multi-package orders may ship separately. Each parcel is tracked individually and emailed to you when dispatched.

Orders ship from our Japan studio by international air packet — delivered straight to the recipient’s mailbox rather than handed over in person, so there are no redelivery delays from a missed delivery. It travels a little slower than express airmail such as EMS.

West Coast and major cities (for example Los Angeles or San Francisco) tend to arrive sooner; regional or East Coast addresses may take 1–3 days longer for US domestic transit.

Will labels stay on cleats, shoes, and rubber sports gear?

Yes. Our water-resistant labels are designed for plastic, vinyl, and rubber surfaces and for muddy fields, frequent rinse-downs, and the bottom of equipment bags.

What is the best label for jerseys and uniforms?

Tag labels are ideal for numbered or branded jerseys — they snap onto the existing care tag without applying any adhesive or heat to the printed fabric. For practice tees and unmarked uniforms, non-iron fabric labels are a good second choice.

Can I label swim caps, goggles, and pool gear?

Yes. Water-resistant labels are designed for pool chemicals, salt water, and constant submersion. Tag labels are also reusable on swim parkas, jackets, and gear bags between seasons.

My child changes sports each season. Can I update the labels?

Tag labels are reusable — snap them onto the new season's gear without leaving anything behind. For permanent labels, the easiest workflow is to use water-resistant labels per item and refresh as activities change.

How do I label small protective gear like mouthguards and shin pads?

Our small water-resistant labels are sized for mouthguard cases, shin pads, gymnastics grips, and other protective gear with limited flat surface. They peel cleanly if you replace the equipment later.

Are the labels made for sweat, sports drinks, and frequent washing?

Yes. Labels are made for repeated sweat exposure, sports drink spills, and laundering — everyday wear that comes with an active season.

Can I order labels for multiple kids and multiple activities at once?

Yes. Add multiple customized packs to the same cart — each pack is personalized per child or per activity. Every order ships for a flat $7.

Do you make labels with team colors or logos?

We offer a range of icon and color choices that pair well with most team palettes. Custom team-logo labels are not part of the standard catalog — contact us if you have a bulk team order in mind.
